Really enjoyed reading Danah Boyd's "Autistic Social Software". Despite having been written in 2004 it has kept all of its relevance for today's social software development. It is about that 'we often frame technological use rather than build technology based on users' practices and needs'. "Let's stop trying to dumb down people through technology."
